Adapty helps mobile apps manage in-app purchases and paywalls. Its platform powers over 20,000 apps and processes more than $3 billion in subscriptions annually. The company is building a SaaS product for mobile apps.

• Own the Proxmox and Ceph platform end to end, including capacity, upgrades, performance, and incident response
• Run infrastructure across OVH, Hetzner, and bare metal, alongside workloads in AWS and GCP
• Drive resource rightsizing, identify overspending, optimize resource allocation, and verify savings in bills
• Lead the separation of development workloads into a dedicated cluster without production downtime
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI, with no manual production changes
• Own reliability, including on-call, incident response, root cause analysis, and follow-up runbooks
• Support the product’s data layer, including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Aerospike

• 10+ Years of experience with infrastructure and physical hardware, not only managed cloud
• 5+ Years running Kubernetes and cloud platforms in production
• Hands-on experience with bare metal and providers such as OVH and Hetzner, plus AWS and/or GCP
• Strong skills in Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI; infrastructure is described as code by default
• Real FinOps experience, including the ability to identify infrastructure costs before and after making changes
• Ability to investigate problems to their root cause and implement fixes, including outside formal scope
• Communicates risks and bad news directly and early
