DevOps Engineer

SOFTSWISS is a software development company providing solutions for the iGaming industry.

• Communicate and collaborate with product development teams and stakeholders;
• Setup and maintain infrastructure for production and staging environments;
• Support and develop Gitlab CI pipelines;
• React to monitoring events, including participation in periodic day and night duties;
• Improve infrastructure setup and maintenance processes;
• Participate in the design of complex IT systems.

• 3+ Years of experience as a system engineer, SRE, or DevOps;
• Strong knowledge of Linux-like operating systems, including administration and troubleshooting;
• Experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible, Saltstack, Terraform, or Pulumi;
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm;
• Experience with Kafka and Postgres;
• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD pipeline configuration;
• Experience with domain management using CloudFlare or Route53;
• Experience with monitoring systems like Prometheus stack or Zabbix;
• Higher technical education;
• English B1+ and strong command of Russian;
• Nice to have: Experience with distributed systems, Clickhouse, Bash, Python, Go, log aggregating systems (ELK/EFK), cloud provider services, Agile frameworks (Kanban/Scrum), and AI-powered tools for workflow optimization.
