• Maintain and improve the existing infrastructure system;
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance production stability, availability, and reliability;
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
• Work with various cloud providers to support scalable deployments;
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers;
• Participate in technical decision-making and process improvements.

• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., GCP, AWS);
• Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm);
• Practical expertise in managing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Redis: performance tuning, replication, and backup strategies;
• Working knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ;
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana);
• Applied experience with CI/CD pipelines;
• Proficiency with service mesh solutions (e.g., Consul);
• Understanding of load balancers such as HAProxy;
• English B2;
