DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and automate build, release, deploy, monitoring, and configuration activities;
• Bridge the gap between development, operations, and infrastructure;
• Support a diverse portfolio of client projects;
• Work side by side with engineering, platform, development, and operations teams.

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience in DevOps or similar functions;
• Experience with public cloud platforms, primarily AWS or Azure;
• Experience with containerized solutions, specifically Docker and AWS ECS Fargate;
• Experience with modern CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, primarily Terraform;
• Experience with scripting languages including PowerShell, Groovy, and Bash;
• Experience with databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB;
• Experience with VPN solutions like OpenVPN;
• Experience with monitoring solutions such as NewRelic or CloudWatch;
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools and practices;
• Understanding of Agile methodology;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to produce technical documentation and architecture diagrams;
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;
• Proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of GCP, VMware, Nutanix, KVM, OpenStack, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, Bicep, ARM, Ansible, Python, MariaDB, Oracle, HANA, enterprise VPN solutions, various monitoring tools, 3rd party backup tools, AWS/Terraform/Azure/GCP certifications, experience with cloud security assessments, migration, governance, design, deployment, refactoring, data warehouse/analytics platforms, disaster recovery and business continuity projects.
