DevOps Engineer

Wrike is a work management platform that helps teams and organizations collaborate, create, and manage their work in one place to reduce complexity and increase productivity.

• Become the owner and main contributor to the PostgreSQL stack;
• Maintain and upgrade database infrastructure;
• Manage Wrike product infrastructure;
• Implement reliable solutions to ensure a 99.9% product uptime SLA;
• Work with GCP, AWS, and other cloud providers using the IaC paradigm;
• Introduce and support new infrastructure services;
• Participate actively in incident response and management, including on-call duties;
• Develop and maintain professional connections within and outside the team.

• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL architecture, MVCC, database sharding, WAL, and VACUUM processing;
• Strong proficiency in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries;
• Understanding of Kafka and RabbitMQ for messaging;
• Experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD in service-oriented architecture;
• Experience with Nginx, HAProxy, and Istio for load balancing;
• Experience with GCP, AWS, and Cloudflare;
• Experience with Puppet, Ansible, and Terraform for infrastructure as code;
• Python experience for automation;
• Experience with Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, and Zabbix for monitoring;
• Experience with Graylog, Logstash, and Fluentd for logging;
• Experience with Jenkins and GitLab CI for building pipelines;
• Upper Intermediate English skills;
• Extensive hands-on experience supporting and optimizing observability stacks;
• Intermediate knowledge of data networks, security, databases, cloud providers, process automation, and Kubernetes;
• Advanced experience managing a cloud provider using IaC, including AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Advanced Linux administration skills and experience maintaining highly available infrastructure for web application stacks.
