DevOps Engineer

• Keep web applications and services running smoothly and resolve bottlenecks before they become problems;
• Optimize system performance and costs using modern tools and approaches;
• Scale infrastructure to support a steadily growing worldwide user base;
• Improve deployment and release processes;
• Help product teams establish and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines;
• Partner closely with development teams;
• Collaborate daily with an international engineering team across different time zones;
• Become a go-to person for infrastructure support within the first three months;
• Take ownership of key maintenance tasks;
• Join the on-call rotation after becoming fully ramped up by month six.

• 4+ Years of experience operating large-scale distributed systems in production;
• Expert-level Linux administration skills, including storage and networking;
• Hands-on experience with AWS and classic data center environments;
• Experience deploying and managing applications with Kubernetes and Docker;
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices;
• Solid practical knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery;
• Experience delivering infrastructure services across multiple countries;
• High quality standards, strong ownership, and genuine team spirit;
• Nice to have: experience scaling services using GeoRouting, coding experience.
