DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform;
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as ArgoCD and GitHub Actions;
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and cloud-native best practices;
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to drive automation and operational excellence;
• Implement Site-Reliability Engineering practices;
• Improve and manage observability, logging, and monitoring solutions using Datadog or similar tools;
• Provide technical leadership in infrastructure as code, cloud security, and site reliability;
• Analyze complex problems and provide effective technical solutions;
• Lead and independently complete engineering initiatives from start to finish;
• Collaborate with stakeholders including IT security and product managers to mitigate risks;
• Drive team innovation and process improvements;
• Build operational capabilities to detect and remediate incidents proactively.

• 7+ Years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering;
• Deep expertise in managing and scaling AWS services such as EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, and IAM;
• Strong experience in container orchestration with Kubernetes, Helm, and service meshes;
• Proficiency in CI/CD automation using ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or similar tools;
• Hands-on experience in monitoring, logging, and observability using Datadog, Prometheus, or similar tools;
• Solid understanding of security best practices, networking, and performance tuning in distributed cloud environments;
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex distributed systems;
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders;
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies;
• Nice to have: Experience with Cloudflare, Terragrunt, AWS Code Pipeline, and AWS or equivalent professional certifications.
