DevOps Engineer

Luxoft is a company that provides digital strategy and software engineering services. The team supports the development and optimization of a large-scale eCommerce platform for a major US retail company.

• Improve and standardize CI/CD pipelines across teams;
• Optimize build, test, and deployment processes;
• Enhance Infrastructure as Code practices;
• Improve observability, reliability, and scalability of the platform;
• Drive security improvements across infrastructure and delivery pipelines;
• Implement DevSecOps best practices;
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve operational processes;
• Participate in architectural decision-making and continuous platform evolution;
• Contribute to pre-sales and technical consulting activities when required.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure;
• Strong Kubernetes experience in production environments;
• CI/CD pipeline design and optimization;
• Proficiency in Terraform or Azure Bicep;
• Experience with Docker or Podman;
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell;
• Experience with security best practices in cloud-native environments;
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers;
• Strong client-facing communication skills;
• Ability to drive cross-team improvements;
• English: B2 Upper Intermediate;
• Nice to have: DevSecOps tooling (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, container scanning), experience improving SDLC governance, GitLab CI, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux, Salt, Puppet, Chef, Golang.
