DevOps Engineer

Outreach is a company operating in the outsourcing and offshoring consulting industry that builds and maintains core infrastructure for a high-scale, mission-critical platform.

• Design, build, and maintain On-Prem and Cloud-based infrastructure;
• Run and optimize multi-environment infrastructure including development, staging, and production with clear operational processes;
• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale;
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
• Support microservices architecture;
• Implement security best practices;
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting;
• Improve performance, scalability, and system resilience;
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across networking, Kubernetes, cloud services, and application layers;
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve delivery processes.

• 7+ Years of hands-on DevOps & Platform experience;
• Strong experience with AWS including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, and IAM;
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Helm;
• Solid experience with Docker and containerized environments;
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools;
• Experience working on mission-critical systems in domains such as payments, fintech, banking, or gaming;
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production systems under pressure;
• Fluent English at C1 level;
• Nice to have: Experience leading complex infrastructure projects such as cloud migration, Experience designing and implementing disaster recovery strategies, Strong understanding of networking, security, and scaling, Ukrainian with B1 level as an advantage.
