- Take absolute, end-to-end ownership of a specific product domain, platform component, or business-critical technical area;
- Shape technical direction, write and review production code, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and prepare releases;
- Ensure domain stability in production;
- Turn ideas, experiments, or unclear requirements into working solutions using AI tools;
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks through architecture improvements, infrastructure changes, or better observability;
- Use AI assistants for debugging, writing tests, refactoring legacy code, and improving documentation;
- Validate AI outputs to ensure architectural integrity;
- Connect product needs with engineering execution by working with stakeholders;
- Prioritize work based on impact, risk, and technical complexity;
- Manage incidents and improve monitoring.
требования
- 8+ Years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong engineering fundamentals;
- Advanced AI usage for development, debugging, testing, refactoring, or code review;
- Strong Linux fundamentals and experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines;
- Product-mindset with the ability to turn unclear requirements into technical plans and make trade-offs;
- Experience shipping projects in high-accountability environments with direct responsibility for results;
- Professional English for status updates and explaining technical trade-offs.
