• Design, build, and continuously improve the internal developer platform on AWS using Terraform;
• Automate infrastructure delivery through CI/CD pipelines and expand self-service capabilities for product teams;
• Own and evolve core platform components to enable autonomous service building, deployment, and operation;
• Review pull requests, share knowledge, and maintain high engineering standards;
• Evaluate and introduce new AWS services, tools, and cloud-native patterns;
• Strengthen platform security, compliance, and resilience through robust design and standards;
• Collaborate with product teams to identify needs, remove workflow bottlenecks, and develop scalable platform solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience operating critical large-scale AWS environments;
• Broad knowledge of AWS technologies including compute, storage, networking, backup, recovery, and cloud security;
• Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CI/CD, automation, and agile software delivery;
• Experience with Platform Engineering concepts and internal developer platform development;
• Strong sense of end-to-end ownership and ability to drive topics in complex environments;
• Excellent communication skills, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset;
• Systems and product-oriented mindset focused on internal user needs;
• Ability to make sound engineering trade-offs balancing quality, speed, and maintainability.
