UI engineer for client onboarding workflows

The project is developing a high-performance workflow system for client onboarding that captures client data based on JSON schemas. It includes a React single-page application and a business-oriented component library reused by multiple applications.

• Develop JavaScript code for a large-scale, rich internet modular application using React 17+
• Create components for the business-driven library to represent client data
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, server-side developers, UX designers, and QA professionals
• Learn state-of-the-art technologies and a complex business domain
• Solve challenging problems with elegant solutions
• Share knowledge across the project team
• Contribute to software quality in each development iteration

• At least 8+ years of practical front-end development experience, with a track record of long-term engagements building and delivering production React applications
• Advanced proficiency in React 17+, modern JavaScript (ES2015+), HTML5, and clean component-based architecture
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integration patterns and the ability to communicate requirements clearly to backend teams
• At least two complex, user-facing applications successfully delivered to production, ideally involving rich interactive UIs, state-heavy workflows, or data-dense interfaces
• Hands-on experience styling at scale with CSS3/Less, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong grasp of front-end engineering fundamentals, including component design, state management, performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainable code
• Understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for UI applications, plus CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs and select appropriate libraries, frameworks, and architectural patterns
• Experience developing PoCs and iterating quickly based on results
• Strong problem-solving, clean coding skills, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban, plus strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using agentic LLMs to support development
