Senior Cloud Developer in automotive

DXC Luxoft is a software integrator and solution house for automotive OEMs and suppliers. The company develops software solutions for vehicles and cloud platforms, including Data Mesh and AI-ready data services for automotive customers.

• Shape the customer's architectural strategy to create a secure, scalable, and compliant cloud environment;
• Act as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment with strategic goals and advocate for the customer's interests;
• Promote cutting-edge cloud technologies;
• Design and adopt governance automation services using serverless, containers, microservices, and cloud best practices;
• Work as a technical leader alongside customer business, development, and infrastructure teams;
• Produce technical documentation and architecture decision records;
• Implement DevOps practices including infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and automated deployment;
• Coordinate team resources to solve problems and technical issues;
• Work in Agile methodologies, defining, estimating, and delivering stories.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure, including IaaS, Azure AD, Azure Governance, Azure Functions, Azure Automation, Azure Monitor, Fabric, Foundry, and Purview;
• Experience architecting, designing, and deploying application software at scale using Agile methodologies;
• Recent coding experience in at least two of C#, PowerShell, and Python;
• Experience working with customers face to face and leading discussions with senior personnel about trade-offs, best practices, project management, and risk mitigation;
• Deep understanding of IaC principles and tools such as Azure ARM Templates;
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience configuring and running CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps;
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and routing;
• Proactive thinking, excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills;
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements, including security and privacy;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead effectively across organizations;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Terraform, strong coding skills in C# or PowerShell, MS Fabric, MS Foundry, Purview, cloud security and compliance, SIEM and SOAR solutions, OAuth and OpenID, AI Landing Zones, Databricks, self-driven and self-motivated.
