SAP SuccessFactors consultant for HR processes

Andersen is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in the EU for a project implementing enterprise SAP solutions and optimizing HR processes in cloud environments. • Configuring SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, etc.).
• Supporting HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Managing integrations with SAP HCM/S4 via CPI.
• Conducting workshops and requirement gathering.
• Supporting UAT, releases, and hypercare.
• Troubleshooting system and data issues.
• Optimizing HR processes and user experience.

• Experience of SAP SuccessFactors in cloud HR for 5+ years.
• Experience with EC, EC Payroll, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, COMP.
• Strong experience with Employee Central (core HR).
• Knowledge of SF integrations via CPI/BTP.
• Experience in global rollouts and localization.
• Understanding of HR processes and data models.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
