SAP HCM consultant

Andersen is hiring an SAP HCM Consultant in the EU to implement and support enterprise SAP solutions for large-scale digital transformation projects. • Configuring payroll schemes and HR structures.
• Maintaining PA/OM organizational and employee data.
• Managing time management processes (PT).
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Troubleshooting payroll and HR issues.
• Conducting HR workshops and requirement gathering.
• Supporting system enhancements and updates.

• Experience in SAP HCM with a strong HR background for 5+ years.
• Experience with PA, OM, PT, PY (country-specific, e.g. PY-DE).
• Strong expertise in Payroll schemas and PCR rules.
• Knowledge of legal reporting and compliance requirements.
• Integration with FI and SuccessFactors.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
