• Design and build a distributed caching layer for high-throughput, low-latency market data distribution;
• Leverage QuestDB to support fast data access across the platform;
• Collaborate with Romania-based technical leads on architecture and integration decisions;
• Support consolidation of feed handlers and connectivity layers across UL Link, T-Bricks, and CQG;
• Define data models and schemas to support normalized market and reference data;
• Optimize memory management and concurrency patterns for ultra-low latency workloads;
• Participate in code reviews and mentor team members on distributed systems best practices.

• 5+ Years of experience in Rust or Go with a background in distributed systems;
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems;
• Knowledge of time-series databases such as QuestDB, KDB, or InfluxDB;
• Understanding of capital markets and market data, including equities, derivatives, futures, and options;
• Proficiency in system design for scalable, fault-tolerant architectures;
• Familiarity with Linux performance tuning and profiling tools;
• English proficiency at a B2+ level;
• Nice to have: experience with streaming/messaging systems such as Kafka, familiarity with FIX protocol.
