Rust Developer

• Build new products within the company;
• Develop new code using Rust while maintaining existing Go and Ruby code;
• Create Proof of Concepts in new areas and drive them to production or decommission them.

• Strong experience writing, shipping, and maintaining Rust code (2+ years);
• Experience with other languages such as Ruby, Python, Go, JS, or Java;
• Knowledge of basic data structures, algorithms, multiprocessing, and memory management;
• Experience developing high-performance asynchronous applications with Rust (preferably tokio);
• Understanding of network protocols and stacks;
• Understanding of classic databases and modern NoSQL technologies;
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools;
• Understanding of the Linux environment;
• Readiness to work remotely with distributed teams across time zones;
• Spoken English sufficient for technical interviews and professional collaboration;
• Result-oriented problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to proposing solutions;
• Openness to new technologies and ability to switch between projects;
• Readiness for business travel;
• Nice to have: Golang knowledge, Ruby knowledge, experience with WASM, Open Source contributions.
