The project focuses on redesigning the current architecture to provide intuitive, high-quality, user-centric reporting interfaces.

Advise on potential UI architecture redesign
Enhance the usability and accessibility of client-facing applications
Improve user adoption and satisfaction through intuitive interface design
Bridge business requirements and technical implementation through user-centered design
Allow backend engineers to focus on core platform and integration work

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on application development experience using React
Experience advising on UI architecture redesign
Hands-on experience with automated testing
Hands-on experience with backend integration
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab
Ability to translate high-level business requirements into IT requirements and refine UI requirements based on feedback
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent, focused on software engineering
