• Evolve global experience and localization infrastructure, including i18n/l10n workflows, TMS integrations, ICU/CLDR formatters, and dynamic locale switching;
• Own, evolve, and modernize the core UI design system, establishing standards for styling isolation and design token theming;
• Integrate AI tools, coding agents, LLM-assisted migration workflows, and intelligent assistants to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency;
• Steer the evolution of frontend systems, build pipelines, and package management to create fast, predictable, and resilient developer workflows;
• Partner with Product Management, UX Design Systems, Architecture SIGs, and cross-functional product teams to deliver scalable multi-quarter initiatives;
• Guide and mentor peers, participate in architectural design reviews, and foster technical excellence and continuous innovation;
• Use AI to support faster, smarter decisions and increase impact.

• 5+ Years of software engineering experience designing, building, and operating production-grade web applications, component libraries, or frontend platform infrastructure;
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, or AI developer assistants for code generation, automated refactoring, documentation extraction, or workflow automation;
• Experience designing intelligent pipelines, evaluation harnesses, or context-aware AI integrations for platform, developer tooling, or product engineering challenges;
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ESNext), and React, with knowledge of modern React patterns;
• Thorough understanding of CSS Modules, Design Tokens, CSS variables/custom properties, CSS isolation/scoping strategies, and animation patterns;
• Proven experience with monorepos, module bundling, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Strong focus on web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), cross-browser compatibility, web performance vitals, and automated testing;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; able to explain technical trade-offs, write architectural specs (RFCs), and drive domain-wide consensus;
• Nice to have: enterprise localization frameworks, CLDR/ICU standards, bidirectional/RTL layouts, TMS synchronizations, Module Federation, decoupled web runtimes, cross-application singleton providers, client-side event tracking, product analytics integrations, Telemetry/Real User Monitoring (RUM).
