Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks provide a cloud-based platform for access control and video surveillance. Their unified platform combines building access management with an AI-powered video management system to improve physical security, operations, and automation across commercial real estate, retail, healthcare, education, and critical infrastructure.

• Design and develop full-stack IAM solutions using Python and Java;
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging workflows;
• Maintain and scale the core identity architecture with Auth0 for authentication and authorization;
• Implement IDaaS solutions including Auth0, Okta, Microsoft, OneLogin, FusionAuth, and Ping;
• Oversee identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning and role-based access control;
• Ensure encryption and data protection standards are met in line with global regulations;
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to refine identity solutions for business needs;
• Troubleshoot and solve identity-related issues to ensure optimal system performance;
• Mentor junior team members and promote learning and cooperation;
• Participate in Agile development, including sprint planning and stand-ups.

• 3–5 Years of full-stack development experience with deep proficiency in Python and Java;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Documented experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude to improve engineering velocity and code quality;
• Deep expertise in architecting and managing Auth0 ecosystems, cloud-native IAM architecture, and API-first design principles;
• Advanced understanding of the modern identity lifecycle and secure-by-design practices;
• Solid foundation in modern cryptography and data protection standards;
• Nice to have: Experience mentoring junior team members.
