• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications built with Python;
• Co-create system architecture and participate in analyzing and selecting optimal technological solutions;
• Analyze technical and business challenges and propose effective solutions supporting project goals;
• Create and develop automated tests ensuring high software quality;
• Ensure the quality, performance, security, and maintainability of developed applications;
• Design and optimize relational databases and SQL queries;
• Prepare and maintain environments based on Docker and Kubernetes;
• Integrate applications with external systems and services using REST API and queueing systems;
• Create and update technical and architectural documentation;
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements analysis and implementation of new functionalities;
• Provide subject-matter support to the team, mentor less experienced developers, and share knowledge;
• Identify potential technical risks and recommend actions to limit their impact on the project;
• Analyze and optimize the performance of backend applications and their infrastructure.

• At least 5 years of commercial experience developing applications in Python;
• Very good knowledge of at least one framework: Django, FastAPI, or Flask;
• Experience designing, implementing, and developing REST API services;
• Knowledge of design patterns and clean code principles, including SOLID, DRY, and KISS;
• Practical experience designing relational databases and working with PostgreSQL or MySQL;
• Good knowledge of Linux environments and systems based on this operating system;
• Experience implementing communication using WebSocket;
• Knowledge of tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions;
• Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications;
• Practical knowledge of NoSQL technologies, particularly Elasticsearch and Redis;
• Knowledge of application security best practices;
• Experience monitoring applications and infrastructure using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana;
• Experience integrating with external systems;
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript;
• Ability to diagnose performance issues and optimize backend application performance;
• English at B2 level.
