• Design and implement backend services and Azure cloud infrastructure for GenAI use cases, including Voice AI, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows;
• Build and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for production systems;
• Ensure reliability and performance through monitoring, logging, observability, and optimization;
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate GenAI capabilities into production-ready systems;
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable backend and infrastructure solutions;
• Own the full system lifecycle from design and deployment to operation and continuous improvement;
• Contribute to engineering excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and backend/infrastructure best practices.

• Proven experience building and deploying Python backend services or platforms in production;
• Strong experience with Azure cloud infrastructure;
• Expertise in designing or maintaining APIs and distributed systems that handle real-world usage;
• Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments;
• Ability to take ownership from initial architecture design to production deployment;
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Nice to have: Experience integrating GenAI/LLM components.
