• Contribute to the vision and architecture of the Document domain;
• Address complex scale-related technical challenges;
• Identify and resolve systematic issues to maintain low time-to-change for developers;
• Improve reliability and maintain high quality standards;
• Enhance developer experience while evolving the platform to support new product capabilities;
• Contribute to the long-term domain excellence strategy.

• 5+ Years of Python development experience;
• Experience with relational databases, including SQL queries, migrations, and optimization;
• Solid experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ, NATS, or Kafka;
• Understanding of event-based systems and Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
• Strong understanding and experience with AsyncIO;
• Experience with the full development cycle from requirements analysis to deployment and monitoring;
• Extensive hands-on experience in both monolithic and microservice architectures;
• Fluent English (oral and written);
• Nice to have: Experience with Django, Amazon Web Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and Grafana monitoring stack.
