• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Python applications;
• Build reusable and efficient solutions for risk calculation and data integration processes;
• Prototype and validate new ideas, technologies, and concepts;
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks;
• Ensure application reliability, quality, and responsiveness;
• Deliver incremental enhancements aligned with evolving business requirements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams in an Agile environment.

• Strong knowledge of Python and its ecosystem;
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and functional programming concepts;
• Experience with SQL and relational databases;
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices;
• Understanding of software design principles for scalable and maintainable applications;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex topics to different audiences;
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities;
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail;
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and distributed teams;
• English at C1/C2 level;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SAFe.
