- Monitor platform services, investigate incidents and handle service requests.
- Support deployments, platform administration and operational improvements.
- Improve automation, CI/CD pipelines and service reliability.
- Use scripting and data tools to support troubleshooting and operations.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and contribute to knowledge sharing.
требования
- Experience in platform, systems, DevOps or cloud operations.
- AWS knowledge is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python or other scripting languages.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automation practices.
- Good English communication skills, strong troubleshooting and customer service orientation.
- Будет плюсом: Snowflake, Kubernetes or Coder; Interest in AI tools; French is a plus

- Full-time, hybrid in Lisbon, with two days per week in the office.
