DevOps engineer for cloud platforms

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build and operate a cloud-native Azure platform supporting high-availability mobile and backend services. You will improve CI/CD, platform reliability, and observability in a collaborative international environment.

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar tools.
• Implement GitOps deployments with ArgoCD or FluxCD, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Manage Azure infrastructure, including AKS, storage, and networking.
• Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, deployment safety, and incident response.
• Apply secure secrets management practices, for example with HashiCorp Vault.
• Support artifact repositories, performance and load testing, and production stability.
• Work closely with backend and mobile engineering teams.

• Experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AKS, and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Production operations, observability, and incident management experience.
• Professional English and ability to work 50% on-site in Lisbon.
