Python Developer

• Develop and maintain robust backend applications and services using Python;
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs;
• Work extensively with SQL for data querying and application development;
• Develop solutions using Python-based frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar;
• Collaborate with technical teams and client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions;
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing Python applications and services;
• Contribute to technical discussions, development standards, and best practices.

• 4–10 Years of professional software development experience;
• Strong, hands-on Python development experience;
• Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Hands-on experience with one or more Python-based development frameworks;
• Strong backend development experience;
• Fluent German communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving and software development capabilities;
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment;
• Managerial profiles are not suitable; candidates need a clear track record of using Python as a core development language rather than primarily for scripting or automation;
• Nice to have: hands-on JavaScript experience, consulting or client-site experience, automated testing, modern software development practices.

• Contract role;
• Long-term contract; final duration to be confirmed;
• Candidates are paid on a daily basis during both client assignments and bench periods, subject to applicable contract terms;
• Client-site work accounts for approximately 60%–80% of the engagement.
