задачи
- Deliver features and bug fixes with minimal supervision, ensuring correctness and reliability;
- Contribute to the design and evolution of existing systems and components;
- Apply sound engineering judgment in implementation decisions;
- Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions and team planning;
- Ensure appropriate testing and operational readiness for your work;
- Design and implement microservices architectures, API gateways and inter-service communication;
- Manage less senior team members from a technical perspective;
- Troubleshoot complex system and application issues;
- Collaborate effectively with teams across the globe.
требования
- 5+ Years of professional experience in Python development delivering production software;
- Expertise in Full Stack development with ReactJS;
- Proficiency in backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django and Flask, including API design and optimization;
- Expertise in system design and software architecture, including microservices, API gateways and inter-service communication;
- Experience managing less senior team members from a technical perspective;
- Strong background in AWS and cloud-based systems;
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot complex system and application issues;
- Strong commitment to test automation including robust unit testing;
- Experience working in agile teams on complex high-stakes applications;
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to code reviews and peer learning;
- Comfortable working with teams across the globe;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
