• Deliver features and bug fixes with minimal supervision, ensuring correctness and reliability;
• Contribute to the design and evolution of existing systems and components;
• Apply sound engineering judgment in implementation decisions;
• Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions and team planning;
• Ensure appropriate testing and operational readiness for your work;
• Design and implement microservices architectures, API gateways and inter-service communication;
• Manage less senior team members from a technical perspective;
• Troubleshoot complex system and application issues;
• Collaborate effectively with teams across the globe.

• 5+ Years of professional experience in Python development delivering production software;
• Expertise in Full Stack development with ReactJS;
• Proficiency in backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django and Flask, including API design and optimization;
• Expertise in system design and software architecture, including microservices, API gateways and inter-service communication;
• Experience managing less senior team members from a technical perspective;
• Strong background in AWS and cloud-based systems;
• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot complex system and application issues;
• Strong commitment to test automation including robust unit testing;
• Experience working in agile teams on complex high-stakes applications;
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to code reviews and peer learning;
• Comfortable working with teams across the globe;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
