Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python;
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices;
Design systems to reduce risks related to availability, latency, and efficiency;
Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) and optimize performance;
Contribute to architectural discussions with a focus on scalability and maintainability;
Support CI/CD processes and production deployments;
Apply Prompt Engineering techniques in real-world use cases for insurance process automation;
Deploy and manage applications using Docker / Container Apps via Azure DevOps pipelines;
Apply SRE best practices, define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets;
Implement observability through monitoring, logging, and tracing;
Automate operational processes to reduce manual effort and mitigate performance and availability risks.
требования
3+ Years of Python development experience;
Commercial experience with Angular;
Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask);
Experience with REST APIs and API documentation tools such as Swagger;
Experience designing and maintaining production-grade systems;
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB);
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture;
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines;
Experience with Prompt Engineering, GPT, OCR / Document Intelligence, Azure AI Services, and Vector stores;
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools;
Understanding of SLIs/SLOs, reliability principles, system performance, scalability, and availability;
Experience working in Agile environments;
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency;
Nice to have: Experience with high-load systems, Knowledge of asynchronous programming, Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Understanding of DevOps practice, Background in the insurance domain.
