Python Developer

The company operates as an AI consultancy that delivers enterprise-grade AI solutions for global organizations.

• Design modern cloud data platforms;
• Build scalable Python services using FastAPI;
• Create modern web applications using Next.js or similar;
• Design robust data models and data pipelines;
• Develop production-ready AI applications using RAG, AI Agents, and LLMs;
• Build AI workflows with tool calling and evaluation frameworks;
• Deploy cloud-native solutions into AWS;
• Design architecture and make key technical decisions;
• Work directly with stakeholders to shape solutions.

• Strong Python engineering skills including FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture;
• Expertise in modern data engineering including Snowflake, dbt, Spark/PySpark, Airflow, SQL, data modelling, ETL/ELT, schema design, and SCD;
• Proven commercial experience in building production AI systems including RAG, AI Agents, LLM integrations, tool calling, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and production AI deployments;
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud deployments, PostgreSQL, Git, modern software engineering practices, and system design;
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience in consulting or client-facing roles;
• Experience using AI coding assistants like Cursor or Claude Code;
• Nice to have: LangGraph, LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Qdrant), Kafka, Databricks, MLflow, Salesforce data, ERP/CRM integrations, commercial data modelling, multi-cloud environments.
