Python Developer

• Participate in full-cycle application development including design, implementation, testing, and launch;
• Integrate with client systems and applications;
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements;
• Identify, escalate, and resolve technical issues;
• Conduct code reviews;
• Implement functionalities described in design documents;
• Drive collaboration with team members;
• Mentor and lead development team members;
• Lead project scoping, roadmap, architecture, and technical discussions;
• Coordinate, plan, and track tasks and activities;
• Ensure the Agile team is capable of consuming stakeholder demand.

• Minimum 4 years of software development experience;
• Proficiency in Python, OOP, and design patterns;
• Knowledge of Python coding standards and best practices;
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (Redis, Mongo, DynamoDB);
• Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI;
• Skills in message brokers including Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS Kinesis;
• Expertise in cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Competency in Docker and Kubernetes;
• Good English communication skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with Prompt Engineering and GenAI.
