Python Developer

StellarTech is a product IT company that develops a backend platform powering multiple products.

• Develop backend applications for the StellarTech Platform from scratch;
• Collaborate with Product Manager, engineers, and internal stakeholders to refine requirements, assess technical feasibility, and design scalable backend solutions;
• Participate in architecture and technical discussions;
• Build integrations with external platforms and services;
• Ensure platform performance, quality, stability, and reliability;
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve production issues;
• Contribute to microservice and event-driven architecture;
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

• 7+ Years of backend development experience;
• 2+ Years of commercial Python experience;
• Strong knowledge of the Python ecosystem;
• Experience building high-load or data-intensive applications;
• Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases;
• Experience with CI/CD tools;
• Understanding of message queues, event-driven systems, and microservice architecture;
• Experience integrating external platforms and third-party services;
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve development workflows;
• Nice to have: Experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes experience, experience in MarTech or FinTech products, analytical mindset with a long-term approach to service design.
