The interview process consists of three stages: HR, technical, and final interviews.
StellarTech is a product IT company that develops a backend platform powering multiple products.
задачи
- Develop backend applications for the StellarTech Platform from scratch;
- Collaborate with Product Manager, engineers, and internal stakeholders to refine requirements, assess technical feasibility, and design scalable backend solutions;
- Participate in architecture and technical discussions;
- Build integrations with external platforms and services;
- Ensure platform performance, quality, stability, and reliability;
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve production issues;
- Contribute to microservice and event-driven architecture;
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
требования
- 7+ Years of backend development experience;
- 2+ Years of commercial Python experience;
- Strong knowledge of the Python ecosystem;
- Experience building high-load or data-intensive applications;
- Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases;
- Experience with CI/CD tools;
- Understanding of message queues, event-driven systems, and microservice architecture;
- Experience integrating external platforms and third-party services;
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve development workflows;
- Nice to have: Experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes experience, experience in MarTech or FinTech products, analytical mindset with a long-term approach to service design.
