The Generative AI Innovation engineering team focuses on building scalable distributed systems and production-ready AI applications.

• Participate in the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards;
• Contribute to complex technical projects to ensure robust, secure, and scalable software solutions;
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, provide feedback, and facilitate team communication;
• Drive innovation by encouraging new ideas and collaborating with product management to create user-centric solutions;
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using GitLab CI/CD to AWS;
• Contribute to broader engineering strategy and cross-team collaboration through working groups or community guilds.

• Significant professional experience in software development with Python;
• Experience in large-scale web applications and designing well-bounded domain systems;
• Experience in building AI/ML-enabled products;
• Experience working in multi-functional teams;
• Commitment to the "you build it, you run it, you own it" philosophy, including high-quality code, debugging, optimization, and automation;
• Nice to have: Experience in architecting Cloud Native solutions, AWS experience.
