• Spearhead the development and optimization of the EHR platform using PHP/Laravel;
• Create database schemas that support business processes;
• Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use;
• Ensure platform compliance with healthcare industry standards, including HIPAA;
• Implement and maintain security measures and data protection protocols;
• Mentor junior developers on best practices, code review, and team collaboration;
• Evaluate new technology trends for platform innovation;
• Participate in an agile development environment, including planning and daily stand-ups.

• Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL;
• At least 5 years of experience in backend development with a track record of building scalable web applications;
• Ability to tackle complex problems and think analytically;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong focus on code quality and adherence to design specifications;
• Nice to have: Experience with Git, experience in the healthcare sector or EHR platforms.
