• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using TypeScript and Node.js;
• Build high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services;
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database models;
• Use AI-assisted development tools as an integral part of the software development lifecycle;
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices;
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional team members;
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making;
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security;
• Integrate third-party services and APIs;
• Write and maintain technical documentation;
• Perform code reviews and mentor other developers;
• Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices;
• Work in an agile environment with a focus on delivering high-quality software.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of professional backend development experience;
• Strong professional experience with TypeScript and Node.js backend development;
• Experience with frameworks such as NestJS, Express.js or similar;
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures;
• Strong experience in database design, data modeling, and SQL databases;
• Proven experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity while maintaining code quality, security, and engineering best practices;
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL and/or NoSQL databases;
• Experience building REST APIs;
• Experience with asynchronous programming;
• Experience monitoring and debugging production systems;
• Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger for API documentation;
• Strong knowledge of software design principles;
• Experience with Git and Docker;
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms or modern hosting platforms;
• Experience writing automated tests and ensuring code quality;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Nice to have: Experience designing and implementing autonomous coding workflows using AI agents and orchestration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, Microservices architecture, Event-driven architecture, Message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), Python, FastAPI, integrating LLM APIs.
