• Build, test, and maintain web applications, services, and APIs using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks;
• Develop responsive, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces with React or Angular;
• Establish application requirements and architecture across front-end and back-end layers with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers;
• Manage software deployment, integration, and monitoring across Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform;
• Apply cloud-native principles using serverless computing, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud storage solutions;
• Incorporate AI technologies into practical, real-world projects;
• Assess, choose, and deploy AI models and frameworks beyond basic tool usage;
• Identify opportunities for AI-powered process automation, analytics, or product improvements;
• Explain AI concepts and workflows to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through best practices and cloud architecture;
• Diagnose and fix technical problems across full-stack components in production and non-production environments;
• Participate in code reviews to maintain full-stack code quality, reusability, and long-term maintainability;
• Streamline deployment through automated CI/CD pipelines;
• Keep current with trends in .NET, front-end, cloud, and AI technologies and related development tools;
• Guide junior engineers and develop the team's collective technical expertise.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or comparable practical experience;
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET technologies, including ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core;
• Strong hands-on experience with React or Angular, including component architecture, state management, and responsive design;
• Experience building user-friendly interfaces integrated with back-end services and APIs;
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform;
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless frameworks;
• Hands-on experience applying AI technologies to real-world projects;
• Experience assessing, choosing, and implementing AI models and frameworks beyond basic tool usage;
• Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, including model training, data preprocessing, and prompt engineering;
• Experience identifying AI applications for process automation, analytics, or product improvements;
• Knowledge of AI adoption and deployment constraints and best practices;
• Ability to explain AI concepts and workflows to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB;
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs;
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, unit testing, version control, and Git;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in collaborative environments.

• Office work in Katowice, Gdansk, Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Krakow is required 3 days per week.
