- Conduct Appian development through customization and configuration
- Design, build, and support end-to-end Appian applications, including architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance
- Design and implement Appian solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Ensure the stability and scalability of the production environment
- Ensure adherence to Appian development standards and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Support deployment, release management, and environment configuration
требования
- 5+ Years of hands-on experience designing and developing solutions on the Appian platform
- 7+ Years of overall IT experience
- Understanding of Appian objects, including Records, Reports, Interfaces, Process Models, CDTs, Constants, and Rules
- Expertise in customizing Appian to address platform limitations
- Background in Appian Plug-ins, Sites, and SAIL UI design
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- English proficiency at B2+ level
