• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Handle first-level queries from the business team, analyze them, and collaborate with project teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize data management workflows
• Foster teamwork among team members and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• Work with developers, engineers, and data architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality data solutions
• Use Agile methodology to drive iterative development and continuous improvement

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or Pharmacy, or professional experience in similar domains, including Clinical trials, Drug Discovery, and R&D
• 4+ Years of work experience in BA or similar roles
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Proficiency in understanding and addressing client needs
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships
• English proficiency at C1 level or above
• Friendly demeanor and ability to engage in casual conversation
• Good interpersonal communication skills
