.NET Developer

Credo Bank is a financial institution with a 29-year history that operates nearly 100 branches across Georgia. The bank provides accessible financial services to support entrepreneurs, their employees, and their families.

• Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET (Core / .NET 6+);
• Build and maintain systems for card processing and payment transactions;
• Integrate with external payment providers and banking systems;
• Work with high-load distributed systems and ensure fault tolerance;
• Implement secure coding practices in compliance with PCI DSS and financial regulations;
• Ensure proper handling of sensitive data (encryption, masking, tokenization);
• Optimize database performance (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.);
• Participate in system architecture and technical design;
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members;
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams.

• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, and microservices architecture;
• 5+ Years of experience with .NET / C#;
• Experience in the Cards & Payments domain (issuing, acquiring, transaction processing);
• Solid understanding of payment flows (authorization, clearing, settlement);
• Strong understanding of secure coding and data protection practices (PCI DSS);
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and performance tuning;
• Understanding of authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT);
• Experience integrating with external APIs;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: Experience with ISO 8583 or similar financial messaging protocols, experience building high-availability and fault-tolerant systems, knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes, experience with event-driven architecture, experience with reconciliation, dispute handling, or 3-D Secure flows.
