The Intelligent Consulting Hub operates as a part of the Europe Strategy & Consulting practice, providing industry and functional expertise to global clients. The AI Centre of Excellence focuses on building scalable AI solutions in partnership with major technology providers.

• Contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives by applying creativity, critical thinking, and analytical skills;
• Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies;
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams combining technical, business, and data science expertise.

• At least 2 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms;
• At least 1 year of experience working with generative AI or agentic AI technologies to build scalable AI/ML solutions;
• Proficiency in Python-based AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, Google ADK);
• Experience delivering analytical projects using GCP, Azure, or AWS cloud platforms;
• Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including clustering, regression, classification, forecasting, neural networks, hyperparameter optimization, NLP, and LLMs;
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions;
• Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies;
• Professional working proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: Experience designing AI architectures, full-stack LLM engineering, building agentic AI systems, developing RAG solutions, implementing vector-based retrieval architectures, advanced prompt engineering, computer vision, responsible AI principles, hands-on experience with Databricks, MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow), and relevant cloud/AI certifications.
