• Extract insights from fast-growing operational and flight data sources;
• Build and productionize AI/ML models for predicting flight delays, optimizing maintenance planning, and supporting crew scheduling;
• Contribute to large-scale optimization and simulation projects;
• Develop tools that make complex operational processes more transparent for planners and crews;
• Work with real-time data and smart calculations to improve the passenger and crew experience;
• Move models from analysis and development through testing, monitoring, and maintenance in live environments;
• Interact actively with stakeholders.

• Background in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Artificial intelligence;
• 4–6 Years of experience as a Data scientist or ML(OPS);
• Hands-on experience with Data Science, including modeling and analysis;
• Hands-on Machine Learning experience, including deploying models to production;
• Knowledge of open-source technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or Kubernetes;
• Demonstrated experience with production-grade GenAI implementations and modern GenAI/LLM frameworks such as RAG pipelines;
• Customer-focused mindset and strong can-do mentality;
• Results-oriented approach and willingness to complete challenging tasks and learn while doing.
