• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and execute high-impact innovation projects within Entrust’s security product segments;
• Design, develop, and implement solutions integrating AI technologies according to project needs;
• Share and constructively defend ideas while fostering teamwork and alignment across teams;
• Develop and optimize REST APIs for communication between application components and microservices;
• Design and provide scalable, efficient solutions using continuous integration and delivery principles;
• Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation;
• Establish and maintain robust testing practices to ensure system reliability;
• Use cloud platforms to deploy scalable and cost-effective solutions;
• Help define, prototype, and validate next-generation digital security solutions for Agentic AI systems;
• Support the innovation pipeline from Pilot to MVP to Production using AI/ML technologies.

• Strong critical thinking skills for analyzing complex problems, evaluating solutions, and making informed decisions;
• 1+ Year of experience with Generative AI and practical experience building AI agents programmatically or with AI coding tools;
• Understanding of AI agent architectures, tool orchestration, memory, planning, evaluation, MCP, and A2A;
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Anthropic SDK, Microsoft Foundry, or comparable tooling;
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, Linux operating systems, and scripting;
• 2+ Years of programming experience and expertise in three or more object-oriented languages, Design Patterns, and UML;
• Familiarity with REST API design principles and implementation;
• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB;
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience;
• Nice to have: Go and/or Python experience.
