• Contribute to AI and machine-learning features for search and personalisation;
• Build data preparation, evaluation, and experimentation workflows;
• Work with prompts, embeddings, retrieval, structured outputs, and LLM APIs;
• Integrate AI capabilities into reliable product and backend systems;
• Investigate model quality, latency, and failure cases;
• Communicate technical findings and collaborate with distributed teams.

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field;
• Demonstrate strong Python programming skills;
• Understand machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval fundamentals;
• Be familiar with APIs, Git, debugging, and basic software engineering practices;
• Be able to work remotely within the United Kingdom;
• Nice to have: experience with LLM applications, RAG, embeddings, or model evaluation, familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or cloud AI services, experience building AI prototypes or data pipelines, interest in AI agents, recommendation systems, or search technology.
