• Build, maintain, and monitor operational workflows and automations used across the business;
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and system integrations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency;
• Design and implement automated checks and controls to identify errors and operational issues early;
• Integrate data from multiple systems into a single, reliable source for reporting and analysis;
• Monitor the performance, reliability, and health of workflows, automations, and integrations;
• Document workflows, processes, and technical solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability;
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for automation initiatives;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and data pipelines;
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology.

• Experience with workflow automation and integration tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar, gained through professional, academic, or personal projects;
• Good command of English, both written and verbal;
• Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python scripting;
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and integrating third party services;
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, or data warehouses;
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail;
• Responsible approach to handling confidential and sensitive information;
• Nice to have: exposure to data visualization or Business Intelligence (BI) tools, AI or Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, experience working in a regulated financial services or operations environment.
