ML Engineer

• Improve core search algorithms and enhance the system’s understanding of user queries;
• Increase the relevance of products returned for search queries;
• Develop new features to improve the overall user experience;
• Automate marketing processes and optimize their effectiveness;
• Provide infrastructure and tools for internal and external marketing;
• Improve the recommendation system’s understanding of user queries.

• Strong algorithmic skills and knowledge of data structures;
• Experience in developing and debugging distributed, high-load applications and writing testable code;
• Industry experience in Machine Learning, including modeling approaches, statistics, and end-to-end development from data analysis to production deployment;
• Nice to have: experience in developing recommendation or search systems, experience training neural network models, experience working with Spark, Cassandra, Mongo, Kafka, knowledge of Go.
