The company is a profitable and fast-growing technology business operating at the intersection of AI, machine learning, and large-scale digital platforms, with an international footprint and a strong engineering culture.

• Define and drive the machine learning strategy alongside senior engineering and business stakeholders;
• Design, develop, and optimise machine learning models deployed at scale;
• Lead initiatives across MLOps, model monitoring, automated retraining, and production ML systems;
• Build and enhance recommendation engines, bidding algorithms, and audience targeting systems;
• Develop predictive models including customer lifetime value and churn modelling;
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of machine learning infrastructure;
• Partner with engineering leadership to align technical roadmaps with commercial objectives;
• Provide technical guidance and leadership across machine learning projects.

• Strong commercial experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments;
• Expertise in machine learning engineering, MLOps, and platform engineering;
• Experience building and maintaining scalable ML systems and data-driven products;
• Strong knowledge of model monitoring, automated retraining, and operational best practices;
• Experience working with recommendation systems, predictive modelling, optimisation, or related machine learning applications;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business decisions;
• Nice to have: Previous experience within AdTech, experience working with demand-side platforms (DSPs), a PhD in a STEM subject.

• Up to €150,000 total compensation package including bonus;
• Longevity bonus scheme;
• 4.5-Day working week with Friday afternoons off.
