The company operates as a global EdTech organization focused on developing next-generation AI tutoring systems. It specializes in creating adaptive, agentic AI platforms designed to enhance learning outcomes at scale.

• Own the full architecture of an agentic AI tutoring platform, including prompt design, evaluation frameworks, production deployment, and safety;
• Streamline systems and resolve bottlenecks to ship products efficiently;
• Drive rigorous experimentation by building custom metrics and evaluating model interactions;
• Mentor engineers and raise standards for code quality and shipping velocity;
• Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the product vision.

• 5–7+ Years of experience in shipping production AI/ML systems;
• Strong hands-on experience building complex LLM-based systems, including prompt architecture, agentic workflows, reliability, and evaluation;
• Proven ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end and simplify systems;
• Passion for education or deep curiosity about learning science;
• Proficiency in Python, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD;
• Strong architectural thinking;
• Nice to have: Experience with zero-to-one product development.

• Remote-friendly role for candidates based in the US, Europe, or UAE;
• Requirement to overlap working hours with Gulf Standard Time (GST/UTC+4);
• Potential for frequent travel to Dubai during the first 3–6 months for onboarding and training.
