Tripledot Studios is a large independent mobile games company with a global team across 12 studios. The organization develops a portfolio of mobile gaming titles that reach top chart positions and engage over 25 million daily active users.

• Implement cutting-edge ML algorithms for personalization in gaming;
• Design experiments and prototypes to test the viability and efficiency of new AI models;
• Translate research findings into real-world applications by creating algorithm prototypes;
• Convert prototypes into production-level code that can be managed and deployed through the ML Lifecycle;
• Design, develop, and evaluate A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of personalization algorithms and optimize player experience;
• Monitor and analyze player data to identify new opportunities for personalization and improve existing algorithms;
• Document work clearly and concisely to foster knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field or equivalent experience;
• Strong understanding of industry-standard ML techniques including classification, reinforcement learning, and generative methods;
• Experience in applying machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems;
• Experience with software development concepts like CI/CD, Version Control, and Containers (Docker & Kubernetes);
• Proven track record of deploying ML models to production and established MLOps concepts;
• Proficiency in analytical programming and visualization languages and libraries such as SQL, Python, and Matplotlib;
• Familiarity with supporting tools and platforms like Git, MLFlow, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Trino, and AirFlow;
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts including hypothesis testing, sampling, and probability distributions;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Experience using generative AI copilots or agents in daily development;
• Passion for mobile gaming and desire to create engaging player experiences;
• Nice to have: Experience with complex ML techniques like Reinforcement Learning, experience with A/B testing methodologies in an online gaming context, experience working in the games industry.
