• Design and develop agentic systems, machine learning models, and AI algorithms;
• Lead the implementation of scalable AI products aligned with business and user needs;
• Deploy and operate AI/ML solutions in cloud environments;
• Design and oversee scalable data pipelines across cloud and hybrid environments;
• Lead data preprocessing, ingestion, and transformation activities;
• Establish data quality controls and monitor data drift;
• Guide model training, evaluation, tuning, and performance optimization;
• Integrate AI components into existing systems and workflows;
• Manage production deployments, monitoring, versioning, and maintenance;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective AI solutions;
• Maintain clear technical documentation;
• Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices;
• Experiment with new approaches to improve existing and future solutions.

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role;
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI and ML systems;
• Strong proficiency in Python;
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, pydantic-ai, strands, or Agent-ai;
• Solid knowledge of ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn;
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Azure DevOps;
• Proficiency in Polish;
• Nice to have: Experience with Azure or GCP.
