• Own and drive the development of backend services and products;
• Design scalable, resilient, and efficient backend solutions;
• Partner with Product Owners and Architects to define the technical vision;
• Lead a cross-functional Agile team through planning, delivery, and continuous improvement;
• Design and maintain microservices and event-driven architectures;
• Work with Kafka and integrate synchronous and asynchronous processes;
• Support the modernization of monolithic systems into cloud-native solutions;
• Write and maintain technical documentation.

• Strong experience in backend development and software architecture;
• Proven experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures;
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles;
• Experience with Kafka-based applications;
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Strong SQL and database design skills with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar;
• Experience designing REST APIs and integrating complex systems;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Leadership and mentoring experience;
• Knowledge of OLTP/OLAP setups and multi-tenancy concepts;
• Nice to have: Experience with Java and/or Go, knowledge of Angular or React.
